Roasted Kale: Toss 4c firm packed kale w/ 2T evoo. Roast 375F on sheet pan 5m. Turn +8-10m or ‘til brown & brittle. Sprinkle w/ sea salt
Crepes: blend 20s 1c flour/2 lg eggs/.75c milk/.5c H2O/3T melt butr. Refrig 1hr. 1-1.5oz coat small pan Cook 30s, flip 10s. Srv w/ compote
Blueberry Compote: On med ht 1c blubry+3T H2O+1/4c sug+2t lemon juice ~10min. Add 1c blubry+pinch nutmeg. Cook ~8min, stir often. Srv warm
